ABOUT. Amanda is a licensed and insured professional makeup artist and medical esthetician that offers on site beauty services for her private clients and affiliates since 2011. Additional services include skincare esthetics, hair styling, body painting and body wrapping. This South Florida native has utilized her talents for weddings, runways, music videos, short films, photography studios, charity events, corporate public relations, TV broadcasting and syndicated productions such as America’s Next Top Model and Miami Fashion Week.

EXPERIENCE. Amanda is known for creating a flawless look that enhances her clients’ features with a focus on high definition. Her exceptional artistry skills allow her to masterfully beautify any face, for any setting. Armed with unrivaled technique, professionalism, and dependability, she is the respected Founder and Executive Artist of Azar Beauty. Furthermore, she has proven her skills Trainer, the years as a Makeup Artistry Instructor at Cortiva Institute in Pompano, FL, Lead Makeup Artist at St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, FL, Lead Hair and Makeup Artist for Newsmax TV in Boca Raton, FL, National Trainer and Lead Creative for Photo Studio Group headquartered in Parkland, FL as well as freelancing for professional cosmetic brands including Makeup Forever, MAC, Maybelline, Rimmel and Temptu.

EDUCATION. Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management accompanied by a minor in Hospitality Management from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL in addition to her diploma from Cosmix School of Makeup Artistry in Fort Lauderdale, FL specializing in Fashion Makeup Artistry.  She also attended Southeastern College in Miami Lakes, FL where she completed a 1,200-hour Paramedical Esthetician program obtaining her Skin Care Specialist and Body Wrapper licenses which equipped her to perform post-trauma skincare treatments alongside licensed medical professionals. She also holds a global dual certification from Digital Marketing Institute as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional and American Marketing Association’s Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Digital Marketing.

 

ACCOLADES. In 2020-2021 during a Las Vegas Summit, Prism recognized her contributions to the industry in multiple categories, selecting her as the recipient for two awards; “Top 100 FAB Leaders” highlighting her impact on the field of fashion, apparel and beauty as well as the “Excellence in Retail” award from her efforts in the field of marketing, advertising and retail. Editorially, her written articles and photographed work have been published on the cover of Creativ Magazine and featured in multiple issues of Dermascope Magazine, Mode Magazine and Vigore Magazine; global skin care, fashion and editorial prints respectively.   In 2019, she launched a monthly digital column titled “Beauty Blueprint: Tips for Mastering the Business of Makeup”. In 2013-2014, the National Association of Profession Businesswomen (“NAPW”) awarded Amanda as “Woman of the Year”. Her profound artistry was showcased at the RAW Artists Event in Miami, FL in February 2013 for makeup and hair styling.  Amanda is a member of the NAPW, National Aesthetic Spa Network, Look Good, Feel Better® (a subsidiary of American Cancer Society), and owns and operates Azar Beauty.
